WARRANTY

Limited Warranty 90 Days from the date of delivery or pickup. Repair or exchange only, no refunds. We exchange only if your appliance is not repairable or too costly. If we don't have what is needed we will give you a loaner until we do, or you will have to wait until we do. We exchange equal value meaning what you paid initially. All exchanges on availability of inventory. Same warranty applies to the loaner or exchanged item/s, it doesn't renew it continues and expires the same as original purchase. Tony's Appliance will pay for parts and labor. You have to pay the fee to your home if you are out of free coverage area OR you must bring item to us to fix. No exceptions. Service must be provided by us ONLY. Proof of original purchase is required to obtain service under this limited warranty. 14 day warranty on Ice makers/water dispensing components. 2nd floor homes will have to bring item to ground level for loaner or exchange, we do not go to 2nd floor for free you must pay a fee to swap. We reserve the right to do in shop warranty only We service only Monday Wednesday and Thursday, we don’t schedule same day appointments Items excluded from Warranty: -The removal and re-installation of your major appliance if it is installed in an inaccessible location or is not installed in accordance -Repairs to parts or systems resulting from unauthorized modifications made to the appliance -Bad smell, discoloration, rust, or oxidation of surfaces, squeaks or noise -Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, chips, cracks, rust or any damage to the finish of your major appliance, or missing parts (such as bins, drawers, racks, knobs, etc). -Service calls to repair or replace appliance light bulbs, air filters, water filters. Consumable parts are excluded -Gas Stoves, as long as 3 burners ignite on their own we will NOT fix the others, use lighter/ Dryers- auto sensing isn't covered if timed dry works /Refrigerators- Frosting in refrigerators isn’t covered-if it freezes and cools freezers 20° to -20 freezes, 30-45° cools in refrigerator regardless of settings being on lowest or highest stating refrigerator doesn’t stop running isn’t covered /Washers Dryers if 1 setting doesn't work but others do use the one that works anything broken during install for example- outlets, plumbing, lines, pipes, faucets etc broken not covered because it isn’t our fault if they were wore out, loose, rusted or just old -Expenses for travel, transportation, days of work, (rats and mice chewing washer hoses we will fix once and let you know that we will not fix for free and you may have to bring to us) -Replacement parts or repair labor if this major appliance is other than normal used, single family household use or when it is used in a manner that is inconsistent to published user or operator instructions and or installation instructions -Service Calls to correct the installation, to show you how to use your appliance, to replace or repair house fuses, breakers or to correct house wiring or plumbing -Damage or death resulting from appliance failure, accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of god, improper installation, installation not in accordance with electrical or plumbing codes or use of products not approved by manufacture. -Any food, medicine loss, damage to clothing, personal property, floors, walls, home, structure due to appliance failure or install, - Any pest and rodent control -If for any reason we do decide to refund or exchange due to you no being content with your purchase, there will be a $50.00 restocking fee per item and you must bring the item to us, even if WE decided to refund fee still applies Delivery: -If you do not answer your door or phone or aren't home on day of delivery we will gladly re-schedule you. There may be a fee to return or you may pick up -We are NOT responsible for providing extras-correct plugs, lines, valves etc. -We do NOT provide vent for dryers nor icemaker hoses or gas lines for free -We do not install or provide anti tip brackets for stoves -Please have your own material for the proper hook up we will not return to finish the job for free -We are NOT responsible that your appliance does not fit or that you changed your mind, we will not refund you -We reserve the right to leave your appliance in your driveway, curb, door, street if for any reason we feel you are unable to work with us to get the job done right -Tony's Appliance shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages -If your haul away is infested with insects/rodents we will not remove. -Haul aways are ours once we leave property or you leave here, WE decide if we resell, recycle or part out -We are not responsible if you buy a natural gas stove/dryer and have propane or vice versa. We will not convert for free or you will need to wait until we have one in stock. There will be gas fee to re-deliver.
